Bluefish Stir Fry



 
Sprinkle some of the Old Bay Seasoning OR seasoned bread
crumbs on top of each fillet. Bake for approximately 30 minutes. Serves 4.
This stuffing mixture is also superb
with lobsters that are butter-flied. Enjoy

Amberjack with Orange Almond Butter Sauce 
Grilled Mahi-Mahi
(Dolphin) with Asian Sauce
Sauté above ingredients in butter until peppers
are tender. Keep warm while you are grilling the Snapper. Coat your Snapper with
melted butter and the Cajun Seasoning. Cook on a hot grill turning once. When
done place Snapper on a bed of white rice and pour some of the warm salsa over
your fish.
